How can I organise a time to tour the spaces?
Our Wedding Coordinator is available for pre-arranged, private appointments, Monday to Saturday.
Saturday appointments are recommended as our function rooms are more likely to be set for an upcoming wedding. We also hold Wedding Open Days throughout the year. These days are a great opportunity to view all our available spaces styled by our preferred suppliers.

We have decided on a date and would like to go ahead, what's next?
Once you have decided you would like to go ahead, our Wedding Coordinator will place a hold on your selected space/s and draft a contract for you to look over. Once the contract is returned signed, along with your deposit, it is all confirmed. From there your Wedding Coordinator will liaise with you in the lead up to the big day on all the finer details such as timings, floorplans, dietary requirements, menu tasting etc.
Do you charge venue hire fees for the function rooms?
We do not charge a venue hire fee. While our spaces have minimum spends required, where your numbers do not meet the minimum spend, you have the flexibility to put the difference towards additional food and beverage extras to enhance your day!
